Trainees, systems mechanics, system operators and new beginners.
Practical examples are processed and components are reviewed in circuit diagrams. The component parts are examined with the aid of a training aggregate. For every chapter, practice drills are implemented on this aggregate.
In this seminar the participants should become acquainted with the safe handling of hydraulic systems. Furthermore, they should understand and be capable of following the interaction of single components.
Specialists with completed occupational training from the manufacture and upkeep sector, who must have specialist and practical knowledge of systems with hydraulic content for the practice of their activity.
General technical basic knowledge
The fault analysis of machines with hydraulic power transfer is associated with the standard tasks of maintenance providers. In reality, in this specialist area a disproportionate expenditure for the removal of faults is again and again involved. A high level of efficiency in the analytic methodology lowers the consumption of spare parts and reduces the downtimes of the production systems. A systematic procedural method from outward appearances to the cause is provided in the training. Special value is placed on the identification of this cause, and not on the removal of the effect. Furthermore, methods and possibilities for the preventive identification of problems are provided.
The participants acquire and extend their knowledge relating to the systematic fault analysis in systems with hydraulic content. They learn identification methods for preventive upkeep, as well as the use of measuring equipment in hydraulics.
This training is the basis for an efficient upkeep of hydraulic systems.
Specialist workers, foremen, technicians and engineers from the upkeep sector, who must have special knowledge of hydraulic and electrohydraulic systems for the practice of their activity.
Participation in the training "Fault analysis, Part 1"
The fault analysis of machines with hydraulic power transfer is associated with the standard tasks of maintenance providers. In reality, in this specialist area a disproportionate expenditure for the removal of faults is again and again involved. A high level of efficiency in the analytic methodology lowers the consumption of spare parts and reduces the downtimes of the production systems. Special value is placed on the identification of the cause and not on the removal of the effect. With systems above a power design level of 5 kW, the utilisation of variable-displacement pumps, and often also the employment of proportional and servo valves, becomes required. These components place far higher demands on the maintenance provider. Especially in the proportional and servo technology, the interaction of electrical engineering with the hydraulics is an added factor. In the training, building on Part A, the systematic procedural method from outward appearances to the cause is provided, with inclusion of the above-designated components. The same applies for the methods and possibilities for the preventive identification of faults.
The participants extend their knowledge relating to the systematic fault analysis in systems with hydraulic content. They learn identification methods for preventive upkeep, as well as the use of measuring equipment in hydraulics.
This training is an extension of the knowledge of systematic fault tracing in systems with hydraulic and electro-hydraulic content.
Skilled workers, foremen and engineers who are responsible for the upkeep of machines with hydraulic power transfer.
The seminars "Systematic fault analysis" Parts 1 & 2 or a good knowledge of hydraulics upkeep and fault analysis.
After the seminar, the participants should be able to analyse circuit diagrams systematically and in a structured way. Furthermore, with the assistance of measuring devices, they should be able to generate test records which describe the status of a system. They should be able to analyse the test records in order to efficiently and sustainably eliminate the causes of faults in case of wear.
Service, technology, sales
After the preparation of the theoretical interconnections, training takes place in adjusting measures on mobile-hydraulic training aggregates and both hydraulic as well as electric faults are systematically analysed.
In this seminar the participants learn the systematic procedural methods to use in case of fault analysis in complex, mobile-hydraulic systems.

Specialists with completed occupational training who are entrusted with the upkeep and energy-related optimisation of hydraulic systems.
General technical knowledge. Participation in the training sessions "Systematic fault analysis in hydraulic systems, Part 1 and 2" would be desirable
Trainees, systems mechanics, system operators and new beginners.
The training is suitable for employees who are responsible for the operation and upkeep of multiple technical systems. Using a comprehensive technological approach, the logical procedural methods used in the analysis of technical problems should be indicated using practical examples. Expert knowledge in the individual specialist areas is not the dominant focus here, rather the systematic procedural method in case of analysis.
The specialist sectors of electrics, hydraulics, pneumatics, bus systems and PLCs serve as a technological basis for the training.
Beginning with the optical evaluation of the problem, with inclusion of the use of visualisation, the teams must generate a focal point-like description of the situation with its significant characteristics and information. This description is moderated, compared and specified by the trainers. Specialist deficits are reprocessed in brief explanations by the trainers.
In a printed form, steps of the analysis are designated and documented after the subsequent practical verification of the result. This procedural method is repeated until the determination of the cause of the problem succeeds.
Systematically-structured procedure in searching for the causes of faults and production problems based on facts and figures.
Hydraulic hose lines are components which are subject to natural ageing. This means that it involves a wear component part. Therefore it is important that these components are replaced before they fail, so that they do not lead to unforeseen downtimes or even to injuries to persons. In order to guarantee this, a professional test at stipulated time intervals is appropriate. The secure handling of hydraulic hose lines and the procedural method for a professional test should be dealt with in more detail for the participants.
